Orders and availability

Prices and product availability are shown as accurately as possible, but final fulfillment depends on stock, timing, event date, and delivery or shipping details. Availability may vary. If a candy in your order becomes unavailable, we will contact you before making any substitution. A replacement will be made only after your approval, will have equal or greater value at no additional cost, and will not change the total item count. We will not propose a replacement with different allergens based on verified manufacturer information. Always review the ingredient and allergen information on the wrappers received before consumption.

Minimums and timing

Standard orders have a 10 bag minimum. Preparation takes 24–48 hours after payment, item availability, and order details are confirmed. Carrier transit time is additional.

Payments

Standard orders may be paid through Stripe Checkout. Custom quote requests are reviewed before payment is requested. Taxes, delivery, and shipping adjustments may be confirmed before fulfillment when required.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact, event date, and fulfillment information.
• Review product selections, quantities, allergies, age suitability, and notes before submitting.
• Respond to substitution approval requests and follow-up questions about availability or timing.
